Feel real.

The world in general tends to label some feelings as being good and others being bad. The bad feelings are ment to be pushed down and hidden from the world. Your moods define you as being a good or a bad person.

The reality is that none of us are 100% happy 100%of the time. We all have a wealth of emotions and hiding them are causing us more harm than good. When we don’t allow ourselves to truly feel we create traumas that later can manifest is a million different ways.

Give yourself the permission to truly feel. Allow yourself to express your true self. This will be a step into healing, a step in the right direction.
