Everyone needs you, you have a million responsibilities and you are feeling like a chicken with its head cut off (for those who don’t get the reference, it means running in circles). The thing is all this pressure is making you feel like a tea kettle, ready to blow your top.
6 of earth and nature in advice. To calm yourself down consider connecting to nature and enjoying the energy it gives you. Play with the snow, bird watch, walk outside and breath in the air. Another thing you can due is phone a friend or family for help. There are a lot of people that can help you and are willing to do it also. Seek out someone and find your center.
Remember that anger is a valid feeling, but to react is a choice. Once you are able to calm yourself down, think about what set you off. Was if really an individual or what’s it something else? Once you discover what is triggering you, it is easier to take steps to correct them.
