Qigong to align your energy.
I have found it to be an amazing way to ground myself (come back to myself) after doing a lot of energy work.
The cards today have a strong feeling of balance, alignment and centering.
The first card that draws me in the chakra card. I feel like the universe is sending you message to meditate, pray or spend time quiet contemplation. Whatever will help you feel grounded and centered.
Emptied is letting us know that we are going through a transition, shift and change. You are being emptied in order to create something new. You can choose how you will be filled. If you take the time to recenter you will align yourself with what you would like to draw into your life.
Finally the 8 of earth indicates that this is work that you are doing to improve yourself. If you find it difficult to do it on your own find a mentor that can help you in the process. There are plenty of videos to help you on YouTube. Below I will link a video of a person that does videos that can help.
