I have found it to be an amazing way to ground myself (come back to myself) after doing a lot of energy work.
It’s important to feel confidence in yourself and your dreams. When you rely on another for validation or reassurance, you never know what is in the others mind. The reality is that many people would love to see you succeed, but you also serve a purpose in their lives. If you leave they lose that piece of them. This could be a friend, a partner,a sibling or even a parent. Know that in the end of the day, this is your journey and only you are responsible of how it will turn out.
